Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served, and the restaurant crew is well trained.

You will lead line operations, monitor schedules, support food safety, and develop future Service Leaders while participating in basic office duties and maintaining a clean, efficient service line. This is a full-time, hands-on role with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Monitor hand washing and glove changes and temperatures.
• Follow Daily Food Safety Checklist and policies.
• Resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, meetings and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration such as banking and cash handling.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and ordered.
• Ensure sufficient supplies on hand.
