Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Mauldin, SC is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, quality food and a positive customer experience. You’ll train and guide a restaurant crew, maintain a clean line, and keep equipment running smoothly.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a high school diploma, and restaurant experience. You’ll coach others, resolve issues, and help with scheduling and office tasks while upholding Chipotle's Food With Integrity standards.

Qualifications

• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
• Have a high school diploma

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served
• Resolve food quality issues
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, and time/temperature monitoring
• Resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules
• Develop and cross train front of house crew
