Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and well-trained crew. You’ll keep a clean, organized line and support daily operations, breaks, and shift changes.

Responsibilities include resolving food quality issues, watching for safety compliance, and developing front-of-house staff. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are preferred.

Formación

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding and application of Food Safety standards.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and administrative tasks.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma required.
• Experience in a restaurant setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety practices and line monitoring.
• Resolve customer incidents and maintain positive experiences.
• Oversee crew breaks and schedules; conduct training.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Manage office tasks and ordering of supplies.
