Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served while the restaurant crew is well trained and customer-focused.

The role requires keeping a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment and stepping in to support crew during breaks, shift changes, and training. This position emphasizes leadership development and office tasks when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Restaurant or fast-food experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized and properly functioning.
• Assist crew with breaks, shifts and schedules and help develop front-of-house staff.
• Contribute to training and development of future Service Leaders.
• Assist with cashiering, banking policies and office paperwork as needed.
