Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and by training and supporting restaurant crews. You will manage line operations, monitor schedules, and assist with administrative tasks to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, food safety practices, and developing future Service Leaders while delivering excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Cash handling policies and procedures knowledge.
• Food safety and health department matters familiarity.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and processes.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Maintain a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment.
• Train and cross-train all front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking and paperwork.
• Ensure supplies are properly stocked and office equipment functions.
