Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and by keeping the restaurant line clean and well organized. You will train the crew, monitor line performance, and support shift scheduling and breaks.

The role emphasizes food safety, hands-on leadership, and cross-training of front-of-house staff, with opportunities to develop future Service Leaders and contribute to a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to read, write, speak the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and properly functioning.
• Supervise and train crew; assist with scheduling and breaks.
• Resolve customer incidents and support positive guest experiences.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew; participate in performance reviews.
• Assist with routine office tasks and paperwork and ensure supplies are available.
