Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to uphold an excellent customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and well-trained crew members. The role requires keeping a clean, organized line, and proactive task management when busy.

You will help resolve food quality issues, support food safety practices, and contribute to crew development while maintaining efficient operations and strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Must understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean, organized, and stocked; ensure equipment is functioning.
• Train and develop restaurant crew; provide good customer service.
• Monitor food safety practices: hand washing, glove changes, time and temperature checks.
• Resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Oversee crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Support crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Assist with office tasks such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure adequate supplies and office equipment are maintained.
