Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served. The role also ensures the restaurant crew is well trained, provides strong customer service, and maintains a clean, organized line with functioning equipment.

The position requires hands-on leadership, ability to train crews, and involvement in office tasks like banking and cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understand Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiar with office paperwork and recordkeeping.
• Able to read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety practices and line hygiene.
• Monitor crew breaks and shift changes; assist with schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
• Assist with office duties and paperwork as needed.
• Ensure supplies and office equipment are maintained.
