Responsibilities

• Train and support the restaurant crew to provide good customer service.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Support with office duties like banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are stocked and properly ordered.
