Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in the United States is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served, and that the restaurant crew is well trained and delivers great service. This role keeps a clean, organized line and supervises line operations.

You will train front-of-house crew, participate in performance reviews, assist with office tasks, and help create future leaders.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and basic administrative tasks.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep a clean, organized line and ensure line equipment functions properly.
• Supervise crew, monitor breaks, shift changes and line schedules.
• Assist with crew training, performance reviews, and development of future leaders.
• Contribute to office tasks such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Support management in miscellaneous duties and supply management.
