Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served, while training the restaurant crew. The role requires staying on feet, monitoring line equipment, and collaborating to complete tasks when not busy.

The Service Leader will drive food safety, assist with crew development, and support daily restaurant operations to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsabilités

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety with proper hand washing and glove changes, line time and temperature monitoring, and Daily Food Safety Checklist adherence.
• Resolve customer incidents and work to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with banking, cash handling policies and office paperwork.
