Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served, while the restaurant crew is well trained and energized to deliver great service.

You will keep the line clean and organized, supervise crew breaks and shifts, and help develop future Service Leaders. You may also handle miscellaneous office duties and cash handling policies in a fast-paced setting, in line with our Food With Integrity philosophy.

Qualifications

• Have knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Know Food Safety and health department matters.
• Be familiar with office paperwork.
• Able to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma and restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Maintain a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment.
• Train and develop the front-of-house crew.
• Support crew breaks, shift changes, and line scheduling.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and developing future leaders.
• Assist with office administration tasks such as banking and paperwork.
• Ensure supplies are available and office equipment works.
