Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, high-quality food is prepared and served while the restaurant crew is well trained and provides excellent service.

You’ll keep the line clean, monitor schedules, and develop front-of-house staff, supporting food safety and cash handling policies. This role offers tuition assistance, free meals, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know cash handling policies and procedures.
• Know Food Safety and health department requirements.
• Familiar with office paperwork and documentation.
• Speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the location.
• Hold a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean with properly functioning equipment.
• Support training of restaurant crew and assist with crew performance reviews.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Assist with office administration duties and paperwork as needed.
• Help develop future Service Leaders and ensure strong customer service.
• Contribute to food safety practices including hand washing and temperature checks.
