Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served. The role ensures the restaurant crew stays well trained, provides excellent customer service, and maintains a clean, organized line with functioning equipment.

You will oversee crew performance, assist with scheduling and shift changes, and support office tasks such as banking policies and paperwork, while upholding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Ensure the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good customer service.
• Keep the line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future Service Leaders.
• Support with office administration tasks and banking/cash handling policies as needed.
