Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served while training and guiding the restaurant crew. You will keep a clean, organized line, manage line equipment, and stay on your feet during shifts, stepping in to help when not busy.

You will ensure food safety compliance, assist with crew supervision, and contribute to office tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety and monitor time/temperature on the line; follow Daily Food Safety Checklist.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross train front of house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and office paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment works and supplies are stocked.
• Ensure adequate supplies are available.
