Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served, and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides excellent service.

The role requires being on your feet on the restaurant floor, supervising line operations, and ensuring compliance with food safety policies. It also includes coaching crew, managing breaks and shift changes, and supporting front-of-house development to build a strong team.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with Food Safety and health department matters.
• Experience working in a restaurant.
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing the primary language of the work location.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food.
• Keep the line clean and equipment properly functioning.
• Balance breaks, shift changes, and shift meetings.
• Assist with crew training and performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders and support office duties as needed.
• Ensure proper inventory and supplies usage.
