Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining safe, high-quality food and training the restaurant crew. You will keep a clean line and proper equipment, and assist with tasks when busy.

You will supervise breaks, shifts, and meetings, while developing front-of-house Crew and assisting with performance reviews. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are required, with strong cash handling and food safety knowledge.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to follow Chipotle policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a positive customer experience with safe, quality food.
• Resolve food quality issues and support food safety practices.
• Monitor time/temperature, hand washing, glove changes; follow safety checklists.
• Resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Oversee crew breaks, shift changes, and line scheduling; cross-train crew.
