Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served while training a capable restaurant crew. You will keep a clean, organized line and support task completion when idle.

Responsibilities include resolving food quality issues, monitoring safety protocols, assisting with crew breaks, scheduling, and cross-training front of house staff. Prior experience and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Able to understand and use office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high-quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring, shelf-life checks, daily safety checklist.
