Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high‑quality food is prepared and served, while ensuring the crew is well trained and provides great service.

You will help monitor breaks, shifts, and line schedules, cross‑train front-of-house crew, and support office duties such as banking and paperwork. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and administrative tasks.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Restaurant experience and a willingness to contribute to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and well–supplied with functioning equipment.
• Train and develop crew; assist with performance reviews and shift planning.
• Address customer incidents to ensure a positive outcome and customer satisfaction.
• Support administration tasks such as banking, cash handling policies, and office paperwork.
