Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is actively seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive guest experience by preparing safe, high quality food and guiding a trained, helpful crew.

You will maintain a clean, efficient line, supervise breaks and shifts, train front-of-house staff, and support office tasks while upholding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy. Restaurant experience and a high school diploma are required, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety policies and health department matters.
• Experience with cash handling procedures.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and administrative tasks.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety practices and glove changes, time/temperature monitoring.
• Address customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Assist with office administration and paperwork as needed.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are well-stocked and functioning.
