Chipotle Mexican Grill seeks a Service Leader to ensure safe, high-quality food and a positive customer experience. You will keep a clean, organized line and supervise the crew, training them to provide excellent service.

You will develop future Service Leaders, assist with crew performance reviews, and support related office tasks as needed. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are required.

• Cash handling policies and responsibilities.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Monitor line, staffing, breaks, and schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Assist with office administration and supplies.
