Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served. You will oversee a trained crew, maintain a clean line, and ensure proper line equipment operation.

As a Service Leader, you will monitor breaks, shifts, and schedules, develop front-of-house staff, assist with performance reviews, and support office duties as needed. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are preferred.

Qualificações

• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with Food Safety and health department matters.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and equipment functioning.
• Supervise crew during shifts and monitor breaks and line schedules.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and cross-training.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
