Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in the United States seeks a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served. You will train the crew, maintain a clean line, monitor schedules, and support ongoing staff development.

You will also handle office tasks, assist with performance reviews, and contribute to future leadership development while enforcing food safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and equipment functioning; train and develop the crew.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; assist with administration tasks.
• Develop and cross train front-of-house crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Support future Service Leaders and maintain food safety standards.
• Assist with banking, cash handling policies and office paperwork, and ensure supplies are available.
