Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served and the crew is well trained. You will keep a clean line, monitor equipment, and assist in leadership development.

Responsibilities include resolving food quality issues, ensuring food safety, and supporting front-of-house operations while promoting Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with food safety and health department matters.
• Ability to read, speak, write and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Maintain a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment.
• Support food safety practices including hand washing, glove changes, temperature monitoring.
• Resolve customer incidents and support positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
• Handle miscellaneous office duties and maintain office supplies.
