Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in the United States is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and a well-trained crew. You will monitor the line, keep equipment functional, and drive food safety and service standards on the floor.

As part of the team you will help develop front-of-house staff, participate in performance reviews, and support office tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Food safety knowledge and health department matters.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety practices on the line including hand washing and glove changes.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop front-of-house crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration duties and supplies management.
