Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in the United States is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a superior guest experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served. The role also focuses on training and coaching the restaurant crew to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a clean, well-organized line.

You will be on your feet most of the shift, balancing hands-on leadership with administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Food safety knowledge and health department matters.
• Cash handling policies and procedures.
• Ability to speak, write, read and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and documentation.
• Restaurant experience and understanding of food service standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Train and develop front-of-house crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, meetings and line schedules.
• Support food safety, including hand washing, glove changes and time/temperature checks.
• Assist with office administration tasks and banking policies as needed.
• Contribute to building future Service Leaders within the team.
