Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and a well-trained crew. You will keep the line clean, monitor equipment, and support daily operations to keep service moving smoothly.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to Food With Integrity. You'll also help with scheduling, training, and basic office tasks, while promoting a welcoming environment for customers and team

Qualifications

• Understand and apply Chipotle’s policies and food safety standards.
• Experience in cash handling and basic office tasks.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the front line clean and organized; monitor line equipment.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew; support performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration duties and supplies management.
• Support future Service Leaders through coaching and training.
