The role requires supervising the line, monitoring breaks and shifts, and assisting with training, performance reviews, and basic office tasks to keep operations smooth.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know and follow cash handling policies and procedures.
• Know Food Safety and health department requirements.
• Be familiar with office paperwork.
• Speak, write, read and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Hold a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and equipment functioning properly.
• Supervise and support crew, manage breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Assist with crew training and performance reviews.
• Help develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration and paperwork as needed.
