Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served, while keeping the restaurant line organized and staffed. The role involves being on the floor and assisting with tasks when not busy.

You will train and develop front-of-house crews, oversee scheduling, and contribute to a clean, efficient operation. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, and Daily Food Safety Checklist adherence.
• Help resolve customer incidents and foster positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and developing future leaders.
• Assist with office administration tasks and supplies management.
