Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served. The role requires a well-trained crew, a clean line, and proactive task completion when not busy.

You will be on your feet, supervise line operations, and contribute to staff development, with opportunities for advancement. This position comes with competitive pay and benefits at Chipotle locations in the United States.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge and experience with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department requirements.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety, including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, and Daily Food Safety Checklist adherence.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Help develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration tasks (banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork).
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and available.
