Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and a well-trained crew. The role involves managing a clean, efficient line, training staff, and stepping in to assist during busy periods.

You will be responsible for monitoring food safety, resolving incidents, and coordinating breaks and line changes while contributing to ongoing staff development and office duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know cash handling policies and procedures.
• Know Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiar with office paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues as they arise.
• Support food safety through proper hand washing and temperature control.
• Address customer incidents to maintain positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and training.
• Help develop future Service Leaders.
• Handle office tasks like banking and paperwork.
• Maintain office equipment and supplies as needed.
