Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a high-quality customer experience by ensuring safe, great-tasting food and a well-trained crew. The role requires hands-on leadership on the floor, keeping the line organized, and stepping in to assist with tasks as needed.

You will monitor food safety, support crew breaks, shifts, and performance reviews, and participate in front-of-house training. Prior restaurant experience and a high school diploma are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and food safety practices.
• Familiarity with basic office paperwork and record-keeping.

Responsabilités

• Maintain positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized; ensure equipment functions properly.
• Assist with crew scheduling, training, and performance feedback.
• Support administrative duties including banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
