Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience with safe, high‑quality food and a well‑trained crew. You’ll keep the line clean, oversee equipment, and step in when busy while guiding team development.

You will contribute to food safety, resolve customer issues, manage crew schedules, and participate in cross‑training and performance reviews. High school diploma and restaurant experience required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience is required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and health standards.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Maintain a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment.
• Support food safety with hand washing, glove changes, and time/temperature checks.
• Resolve customer incidents and promote positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules; assist with training and reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders and assist with office duties as needed.
