Chipotle Mexican Grill in Noblesville, IN is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, high‑quality food and outstanding customer service. You’ll keep the line clean, train crew, and help manage day‑to‑day operations on the floor and in the office.

Expect responsibilities from coordinating schedules and training to handling cash policies and daily admin tasks, with a focus on food safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety, including hand washing, glove changes, and temperature monitoring.
• Resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking and cash handling policies.
• Ensure office equipment remains in working order and supplies are ordered.
• Ensure proper quantity of supplies available as needed.
