Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Brownsburg, IN is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, high-quality food and a positive customer experience while guiding the restaurant crew. This role requires hands-on supervision, ongoing training, and a focus on maintaining a clean, well‑run dining line.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help to resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety on the line, including hand washing, glove changes, and temperature checks.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and training of future leaders.
• Assist with general office duties and supplies management.
