Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English as the primary work language.

Responsabilités

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, and daily safety policies.
• Help resolve customer incidents and maintain positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration tasks such as banking and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are in order.
