Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety regulations and health department matters.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and maintain food safety standards.
• Support food safety with hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, and Daily Food Safety Checklist.
• Help resolve customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and developing future Service Leaders.
• Assist with miscellaneous office administration tasks and banking policies.
• Maintain office equipment and ensure supplies are ordered and available.
