You will keep the line running smoothly, train front-of-house teams, monitor breaks, and assist with office duties while embodying our Food With Integrity philosophy.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a clean, organized line and functioning equipment.
• Supervise crew, monitor breaks and shifts.
• Train and develop front-of-house crew.
• Assist with performance reviews.
• Resolve customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Assist with office tasks and manage supplies and paperwork.
• Support scheduling and coordination.
