Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to oversee daily operations, ensure safe, quality food, and maintain a positive guest experience. You’ll train and coach front-of-house crew, manage line efficiency, and support office duties as needed to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

You will lead by example, uphold Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy, and contribute to a team-focused environment with opportunities for advancement and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and food safety.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience and ensure safe, quality food.
• Train and develop front-of-house Crew; support Line leadership.
• Monitor line activity, break schedules, and shift changes.
• Assist with inventory, banking, and office tasks as needed.
• Address customer concerns to uphold great guest experiences.
