Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served. The role also focuses on training and supporting a well-organized restaurant crew and clean line operations.

Responsibilities include monitoring food safety, supervising crew, and guiding performance reviews, with opportunities for growth into future Service Leader roles within the team.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keeping the restaurant line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Supervising crew, monitoring breaks, shift changes and line schedules.
• Developing and cross training all front of house Crew.
• Assisting with Crew performance reviews and upcoming leader development.
