Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, quality food and that the crew is well trained and delivers great service. You’ll keep the line clean, organized, and compliant with food safety policies on a fast-paced line.

You’ll mentor front-of-house staff, monitor breaks and schedules, and support office tasks as needed while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and driving operational excellence across shifts.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required; restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Familiarity with basic office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, read, write the primary language of the work location.
• Experience in food safety or health department matters.

Aufgaben

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, shelf life monitoring, safety checklists.
• Assist with resolving customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
• Assist with office administration and paperwork as needed.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and stocked.
