Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to ensure safe, high-quality food and a positive customer experience. The role involves maintaining an orderly line, training the crew, and supporting daily operations.

You will help resolve food quality issues, monitor schedules, and assist with office tasks while contributing to a culture of service excellence and growth opportunities within the team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety practices and health department matters.
• Experience with cash handling policies.
• Familiarity with basic office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and high‑quality food is served.
• Maintain a clean, organized line and properly functioning line equipment.
• Supervise and train restaurant crew; assist with shifts and performance reviews.
• Support customer service and resolve incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front‑of‑house crew; contribute to talent development.
• Assist with developing future Service Leaders.
• Handle miscellaneous office administration duties and manage office supplies.
