Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and well-trained crew. The role focuses on keeping the line clean, assisting with break schedules, and supporting front-of-house operations.

You will also contribute to crew development, handle office duties, and ensure supplies are stocked, while upholding Chipotle’s food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience proven in fast-paced dining operations.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and basic administrative tasks.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized; ensure equipment operates properly.
• Assist with scheduling, breaks, and shift changes; support line staff as needed.
• Support crew development through training and performance feedback; assist with reviews.
• Assist with miscellaneous office duties: banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure adequate supplies and office materials are available as needed.
