Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and a well-trained crew. You will keep a clean, organized line and collaborate with team members to meet service goals.

The role requires hands-on leadership on the line, with responsibilities ranging from food safety to staff development and office support, all contributing to a seamless customer journey.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Experience with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Strong customer service skills and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with office paperwork (as needed).
• Restaurant industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, and temperature monitoring.
• Monitor line and assist crew with breaks, shifts, and schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and stocked.
