Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served. You will supervise the restaurant line, train crew, and support front-of-house operations to ensure efficient service.

The role requires hands-on leadership, adherence to food safety policies, and the ability to manage schedules and office tasks. Previous restaurant experience is required and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to read, write, speak English at work location.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Ensure the restaurant line is clean, organized, and equipment is functioning.
• Train and develop front-of-house Crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Monitor breaks, shifts, and line schedules; support miscellaneous office duties.
• Assist with inventory, banking, and office paperwork as needed.
