Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a top-notch customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and managing a trained, responsive restaurant crew.

You will keep the line clean and equipment functioning while proactively assisting with tasks during slower periods. The role emphasizes leadership development and hands-on supervision of front-of-house operations.

Qualifications

• Understanding and applying Chipotle policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety practices on the line and with staff.
• Address customer incidents and promote positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross train front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Assist with office administration and paperwork.
