Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served, while training and guiding the restaurant crew. You will keep a clean, organized line and collaborate with team members to meet service standards.

The role requires standing and moving on the floor, supervising shifts, and helping with various admin tasks to support daily operations. Previous restaurant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Have knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and safety concerns.
• Monitor line equipment and keep the area clean and organized.
• Assist with crew scheduling, breaks, and shift changes.
• Support crew development and performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration duties and paperwork as needed.
• Ensure supplies are available and office equipment works properly.
