Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of food safety and health department matters.
• Restaurant experience required or highly preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English in a work environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality food is prepared and served.
• Maintain a clean, organized service line and functioning equipment.
• Train and develop front-of-house Crew and monitor crew breaks and schedules.
• Support management in crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Assist with office tasks, banking, cash handling policies, and documentation.
