Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served; and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good customer service. The role requires standing on the floor, supervising the line, and assisting with various tasks as needed.

The Service Leader will monitor food safety, oversee breaks and shifts, and contribute to office administration duties to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations is a plus.
