• Familiarity with handling office paperwork and administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining safety and quality food prep.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Manage crew breaks, shift changes, and line scheduling.
• Train and develop front-of-house Crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Support with office duties such as banking and paperwork as needed.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and supply ordering.
